This het/ion was filed in the district' court of Tulsa county by the Gens & Barall Investment Company to foreclose a. second mortgage given to secure the páyment of a note for $i,630.65. The property mortgaged was the homestead of the. defendants, Charles L. Sherman and Savella Sherman. Gum Brothers Company ha'd- a first mortgage on the property for approximately $5,500.
