MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Debra Johnson brings this action under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12112 et seq., against defendant District of Columbia, where she was previously employed as a public school teacher. Johnson alleges that the District discriminated against her because of her disability, failed to accommodate several of her requests for reasonable accommodations, and terminated her in retaliation for protected activity.
