Plaintiff-Appellant, Jean Calderon (“Calderon”), sued her former employer, Defendant-Appellee Ford Motor Credit Co. (“Ford Credit”), alleging, among other things, hostile-work-environment harassment in violation of Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (“ELCRA”), Mich. Comp. Laws § 37.2101, et seq. The district court granted summary judgment to Ford Credit, finding that Calderon could not establish respondeat superior on her hostile-work-environment claim and that the ELCRA statute of limitations bars consideration of pre-limitations period conduct.
