This is a petition to review an order of the Federal Trade Commission holding that certain practices of petitioners, Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc. and its subsidiary, Britannica Home Library Services, Inc. (hereinafter referred to jointly as Britannica) violated § 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45(a)(1)1, and ordering Britannica to cease and desist from certain practices.
