BROADWATER, District Judge.
This is an action for judicial review pursuant to 38 U.S.C. § 7262 and 7264 of the final administration decision of the Under Secretary of Health (“Secretary”). This decision sustained the findings of the United States Veterans Administration (“VA”) Disciplinary Appeals Board (“DAB”) concerning disciplinary issues relating to the professional conduct of the plaintiff, Frans G.
