In this first-party, no-fault-insurance action, defendant, Allstate Insurance Company, appeals as of right the trial court’s order awarding plaintiff, Shirley Augustine, $327,090.60 for attorney fees and interest. The sole issue on appeal is attorney fees. Defendant maintains that, on remand, the trial court abused its discretion by awarding attorney fees to plaintiff.
