*235 {¶ 1} Respondent, Brandon Rehkopf, of Toledo, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0089374, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2012. In October 2017, relator, Toledo Bar Association, charged him with violating multiple professional-conduct rules for representing two clients with conflicting interests. The Board of Professional Conduct considered the case on the parties' consent-to-discipline agreement. See Gov.Bar R. V(16).
