This is a suit for specific performance of a labor contract purportedly entered into between plaintiff, hereinafter referred to as either plaintiff or Union, and defendant, hereinafter referred to as defendant or Downtowner, and plaintiff is here seeking the payment of health and welfare payments alleged to be due under that contract.
