PRETTYMAN, Circuit Judge.
United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers of America, Local 1113, which we shall call UE, filed with the National Labor Relations Board charges against the Marathon Electric Manufacturing Corporation, which we shall call the Company, alleging violations of several sub-paragraphs of Section 8 of the National Labor Relations Act as amended. 1 The Board found in favor of the Union in some respects, not now involved, and found that a preponderance of the evidence did not sustain the charges in other respects.
