This dispute arises out of an uninsured motorist claim against plaintiff's own insurance carrier alleging a breach of contract in the first count (not relevant here), an unfair insurance practices claim under General Statutes § 38a-815 et seq (CUIPA) in the second count and an unfair/deceptive trade practices claim under General Statutes § 42-110g et seq (CUTPA) in the third count.
