From a judgment in favor of plaintiff after trial before a jury in an action to recover damages for personal injuries resulting from plaintiff’s being struck by defendants’ automobile, defendants appeal.

The record discloses evidence which supports these facts: Defendant Abe Rosenbloom’s automobile was pushed from a standing position one block east of the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and Genesee Street, Los Angeles, toward a service station located at the crossing.
