This case is brought on appeal from a June 12, 1995, order entered by the circuit court of Cook County, dismissing plaintiff Richard Arriola’s (Arriola’s) class action complaint with prejudice pursuant to section 2 — 619 of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure. 735 ILCS 5/2 — 619 (West 1994).
