Plaintiff Purcell and Wardrope Chartered (P&W) brought a class action suit on behalf of a nationwide class 1 to recover security deposits and accrued interest on security deposits that the defendant, Hertz Corporation (Hertz), required pursuant to the terms of its automobile lease contracts.
