This matter is before the Court on the Complaint under Section 523(a)(15) for Non-Dischargeability of Obligations of Debtor under Decree of Dissolution Entered June 5, 1995 (“Complaint”), filed by Patty Strayer (“Ms. Strayer”) on December 26, 1995.
