Dana Michelle Sturdivant Cross (“Cross”) filed this complaint against Christopher Thomas Sturdivant (“Debtor”) to seek a determination of the discharge-ability of certain debts the Debtor was ordered to pay pursuant to a divorce decree. The threshold issue is whether the debts were intended to be in the nature of support or were incurred as a result of the property settlement between the parties.
