OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Joseph Piesciuk, appeals a judgment of the Butler County Common Pleas Court sentencing him to 21 years in prison and ordering him to pay restitution to various individuals in the amount of $132,734. Piesciuk asserts that the trial court erred in his original trial, that it failed to rule on his pre-sentence motions, that the restitution order was not supported by sufficient evidence, that his trial counsel was ineffective, and that his due process rights were violated by failure to make full disclosure of the victim impact statement.
