DANIELSON, Associate Justice Appellant Edward Thompson III appeals his convictions and sentences for one count each of first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, felony theft, and misdemeanor theft. He was sentenced, respectively, to life imprisonment, fifty years' imprisonment, and forty years' imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction, to be served concurrently to a term of one year in the county jail.
