Appellant, Harold Edward Chism, appeals a judgment of the Washington Circuit Court convicting him of kidnapping, first degree battery, and theft. Appellant was tried by a jury, convicted, and sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Correction for consecutive terms of life, twenty years, and twenty years, respectively. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 29(l)(b). For reversal of the judgment, appellant asserts five points of error.
