MURRAY, Justice.
This suit was instituted by Mrs. Jack Cones against Talley Transfer Company, a partnership composed of C. A. Talley and Fretwell Schock, seeking to recover damages for certain alleged personal injuries sustained by her when she was struck by a truck owned by the transfer company and operated by one of its employees. The collision occurred at the intersection of Market Street and South Main Avenue in the City of San Antonio, Texas.
