This matter comes before the court on defendants’ motion for summary judgment (DE 6), and plaintiffs motion for permanent injunction (DE 17). Also before the court is plaintiffs response to the court’s order to show cause (DE 60) with respect to costs incurred in connection with defendant’s motion to compel (DE 42). The motions have been fully briefed. In this posture, the issues raised are ripe for adjudication.
