This matter is before the court on the motions of Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (hereinafter “Sun Life”) and Trans-america Life Insurance and Annuity Company (hereinafter “Transamerica”) for allowance and payment of interim attorneys fees and expenses pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 506(b).
