ORDER ON MOTION FOR REHEARING ON ORDER DISALLOWING TRUSTEE’S APPLICATION FOR ALLOWANCE

THIS IS a Chapter 7 case and the matter under consideration is a Motion filed by the Trustee, who seeks a rehearing of a previous Order entered by this Court which disallowed the Trustee’s Application for Allowance.
