Moore, Leonard & Lynch are bankers and brokers and owned $5,000 of government bonds. They drew a sight draft on the First National Bank of Spring Mills, who, they had been informed, desired to purchase, and deposited the same for collection with the Fidelity Title & Trust Company, the securities being attached. The paper was forwarded by the agent to the first named institution, “for collection and return.” The teller received the bonds and turned them over to S. G.
