OPINION AND ORDER -

AIKEN, Chief Judge:

Defendant Rockwell Collins, Inc. (“Rockwell”) moves for summary judgment on all'of plaintiff Tristan Justice's claims pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. Defendant Naresh Agarwal (“Agarwal”) filed a separate, partial motion for summary judgement. In addition, plaintiff moves to impose sanctions. For the reasons set forth below, defendants’ motions are granted and plaintiffs motion is denied, and this case is dismissed.
