This is a motion by the attorneys for the plaintiffs, the heirs at law of the decedent, for allowance out of the estate of a reasonable .sum for professional services and expenses in preparing and presenting the cause before the supreme court of tbe United States on appeal from the decree of this court of November 3, 1906.
