BREWSTER, District Judge.
This action was originally brought in the superior court for the county of Suffolk, commonwealth of Massachusetts, and removed to this court by reason of diversity of citizenship. Plaintiff now files a motion to remand to the state court, on the ground that this court is without jurisdiction. It is his claim that the amount in controversy does not exceed, exclusive of interest and costs, the sum or value of $3,000. Judicial Code, § 24 (Comp.
