The plaintiff Jonathan Andrew and the intervening plaintiffs, Sebastian Douglas, Gloria Lynn, Elizabeth Wasiutynski, Bohdan Wasiutynski, Angela Maggi, Judith M. Wick and Glenn LaFreniere, appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their challenge to the defendant Watertown planning and zoning commission’s (commission) adoption of a text amendment to the Watertown zoning regulations (text amendment) to create a B-PCD262 zone permitting retail and office development in an existing industrial zone.
