CASE SUMMARY

Appellant-respondent Portia Keen (Keen) appeals from a judgment terminating her parental rights of her son, Billy Keen (Billy), claiming she was denied her right to counsel. |

We affirm.

FACTS

The evidence most favorable to the judgment indicates that Billy was removed from Keen's home in May of 1982 when the Indianapolis Police Department found him without food or furniture in the home, and the whereabouts of his mother was unknown.
