OPINION
SHARPNACK, Judge.
Diana Hatchett ("Mother") appeals the trial court's determination that D.H., Ja. H., Ju.H., LH., and NH. (collectively, "Children") are children in need of services ("CHINS"). Hatchett raises two issues, which we restate as:
I. Whether the trial court abused its discretion by exeluding certain cross examination of S.L. under the Rape Shield Statute; and
II. Whether the evidence is sufficient to support the trial court's finding that the Children are CHINS.
We reverse.
