MEMORANDUM ORDER

Debtor filed for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act and seeks to have his plan of reorganization confirmed. The parties dispute whether a debt listed by Debtor for child support arrearages is a priority debt requiring full payment under the plan and whether the debt is dischargeable.
