1Per curiam
This is an action brought by Myrtle Colombe, receiver for Fairfax National Bank, against Genevieve Maher Burt, to recover on a promissory note. The defense consisted of a plea of failure of consideration and plea of limitation. The trial was to a jury, resulting in a verdict and judgment in favor of defendant. At the conclusion of the evidence plaintiff moved the court for a directed verdict and also requested the court to instruct the jury that under the evidence plaintiff’s cause of action was not barred by limitation.
