Appeal by defendant from judgment of the Third District Court in favor of plaintiffs in the amount, of $19,451.08. Plaintiffs’ amended complaint alleges a partnership existing between themselves and defendant, prays for dissolution of the same, and asks an accounting, and judgment for any sums found due and owing from defendant to plaintiffs.
