PRICE, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Hidalgo County in favor of the defendants in a cause wherein L. R. Bell and wife were plaintiffs and William H. McDonald as Independent Executor of the Estate of Mrs. Berta Biffle, Deceased and Mrs. Elizabeth Biffle Bradley and Mrs. Betty Jean Biffle Yawn were defendants. The husbands of Mrs. Bradley and Mrs. Yawn were likewise defendants. The judgment was that plaintiff take nothing as against defendants.
