AUGUSTUS N. HAND, Circuit Judge.
The four defendants, Tannuzzo, Della-ratta, Vespole and Felstein were indicted with five others for causing certain stolen fur coats belonging to Revillon Freres to be transported in interstate commerce and also were indicted with three of the five for conspiring to cause such transportation. The testimony adduced on behalf of the government was briefly as follows:
