This is the second time Contemporary Health Management, Inc. (“CHM”) has appealed the trial court’s taxation of guardian ad litem fees against CHM. Previously, this Court reversed the judgment of the trial court because it failed to state good cause for taxing costs against CHM. Contemporary Health Management, Inc. v.
