Ellen J. Mendelsohn brings suit against Sprint/United Management Company (“Sprint”) under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. This case is before the Court on remand from the Tenth Circuit, and on Plaintiff’s Combined (1) Motion To Hold Pretrial Evidentiary Hearing; And (2) Motion To Enforce Conditional Settlement Agreement (Doc. # 174) filed May 28, 2008.
