MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
MARTHA VÁZQUEZ, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Crossmark, Inc.’s (“Cross-mark”) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment [Doc. 81] and Crossmark’s Motion in Limine [Doc. 83]. The Court, having considered the Motions, briefs, relevant law, and being otherwise fully informed, finds that both the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Motion in Limine are well-taken in part and therefore will be GRANTED IN PART.
