PETERS, District Judge.

Hearing was had on a motion to quash the service of the subpoena. One defendant is a corporation alleged in the plaintiff’s bill to be organized under the laws of Colorado, located and having its principal place of business there; and the other an individual, a citizen of Massachusetts and resident there. The return of the officer serving the process recites that it was served upon both the corporation and individual defendant by giving a copy of the subpoena in hand to one O’Donnell, at Van Burén, Me., referred to in the return as an agent of both defendants.
