Plaintiff, in an action at law, seeks recovery of claimed compensation due him by reason of an alleged oral contract of employment between plaintiff and one Gary Wright, doing business as Dr. Pepper Bottling Company of Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Pepper Company is a foreign corporation. Jurisdiction of the Dr. Pepper Company was sought to be obtained by service of an original notice on an employee of Dr. Pepper Bottling Company of Des Moines, Iowa.
