Appellant Darryl Robert Francis, Sr. (“Francis”), appeals the Sebastian County Circuit Court’s dismissal of his civil conspiracy and tortious interference with contract complaint. Francis filed the action against his children, Appellees Darryl Robert Francis, II (“Robert”), Linda Francis Northrip, and Marilyn Francis Obermiller, for prosecuting a guardianship proceeding against him.
