Petitioner Richard Jordan, M.D., petitions this court for a writ of prohibition, or alternatively, a writ of certiorari, vacating the order of Lee County Circuit Judge L.T. Simes denying his motion to dismiss the third complaint filed against him by Respondent Gwendolyn White, Administratrix of the Estate of Darthula Vaughn. In his petition, Dr. Jordan argues that the circuit court lacks jurisdiction to proceed with this case.
