Lucas Theodoro Borges (Defendant) was indicted on 8 March 2005 on one count of second-degree murder, four counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, one count of reckless driving to endanger, one count of driving while impaired, and one count of driving the wrong way on a dual lane.
