JACKSON, Judge.

Stanley Moore (“defendant”) appeals from judgments entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of two counts of possession of cocaine with the intent to sell or deliver, one count of misdemeanor maintaining and keeping a dwelling for the keeping and selling of *418cocaine, and one count of sale and delivery of cocaine. For the following reasons, we hold no error in defendant’s trial but remand the case for resentencing.
