MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER RE: MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

On August 24, 1990, a hearing was held on the Motion to Dismiss Adversary Proceeding No. 85-0133 filed by Margaret Daily (“Ms. Daily”), at which hearing Enver W. Painter, Jr., Esq. represented Ms. Daily and Jerrold K. Guben, Esq., represented the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”).
