The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”), receiver for Indian Springs State Bank (“ISSB”), filed a Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt (Adversarial No. 89-0039, hereinafter “Second Complaint”) due from Margaret Daily (“Debtor”).
