THIS IS a Chapter 7 liquidation case and the matter under consideration is a Motion for Summary Judgment filed in a complaint which seeks the determination that a certain debt owed to Susan Harris (Ms. Harris) by Thomas E. Jaquis (Debtor) should be excluded from the overall protection of the general bankruptcy discharge.
