Plaintiff Tri-County Motors, Inc. (“TriCounty”) brings this action against defendant American Suzuki Motor Corporation (“ASMC”) alleging breach of contract and promissory estoppel, tortious interference with contractual relations, and violation of the New York State Franchised Motor Vehicle Dealer Act all in connection with a failed attempt on the part of TriCounty to obtain a Suzuki franchise.
