This Order addresses whether Plaintiff Richard Reinsdorf has presented sufficient evidence of discovery misconduct by Defendants Skeehers U.S.A., Inc. and Skechers U.S.A., Inc. II (collectively, “Skeehers”) to warrant the re-opening of discovery or other potential sanctions.
