PELL, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee Pamela Sadowski in the amount of $100,000 in an action to recover for personal injuries allegedly sustained as the result of the improper design and manufacture of an Olympic 399 SkiDoo snowmobile manufactured by defendant-appellant Bombardier, which judgment was entered on May 15, 1975. By order of August 13, 1975, the district court denied Bombardier’s Fed.R.Civ.P. 59(a) motion for a new trial and also denied Bombardier’s Fed.R.Civ.P. 60 motion for relief from the judgment and for remittitur of the damage…
