Circuit Judge.
Defendant-appellant E. Targosz and Company (hereinafter referred to as defendant) appeals from the district court’s denial of relief from a final judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b)(1) and (6). 1 De fendant also asserts that this case was improperly removed from state court. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
